Sarvejit, has more than two decades of experience in corporate global business, transformational investment, and operating expertise.

Operating now as a Business Consultant, following an impressive senior executive career portfolio, Sarvejit is driving business excellence and growth with corporates and SME's alike.

Committed totally to UK economic growth, he currently operates alongside parliamentary commisioned groups, and private ventures in advisory or operational management roles.

Most recently, as advisory consultant to the executive board at Sunseeker International, he has led the business as interim COO, leading internal manufacturing operations, methods across the groups and excellence to safeguard business revenues, brand strength, and future product lines.

Further interim advisory involvement includes performance leadership within supplier businesses in marine, medical and automotive sectors, including government advisory for procurement of global agriculture, raw materials and products.

Sarvejits' experience extends as a part of the board, and executive team, as Technical Officer at Unipart Group, involved with the 'Core Business Services' like Unipart Rail, Unipart Logistics and Unipart Technical Services, but also the 'Group Consulting Business' where he was embeded at the client sites as Technical Director or Procurement Director within various large UK firms, driving global supply chain, procurement, innovation as a driving force for business performance excellence, but also government agreements to secure future business.

Serving as Executive Quality Director at Valeo France, he managed divisional manufacturing operations at 8 global sites across Europe and the Far East, whilst involved in new product development at a further 3 R&D sites in France and UK. He led the innovative 'Micro-Hybrid' air compression technologies of the 'Electric Supercharger' as used in the Audi vehicle lines, and introduced many innovative designs, mechanical, electronic ECU, and power electronics used extensively across the Valeo core product range.

Sarvejit had an established career at BMW Oxford and BMW Munich, where he led the Chassis & Powertrain Electronics Divisions and led also Semiconductor Technologies for BMW Group as a Physicist and technical expert. Eventually embarking in Innovative Technologies, he participated to pioneer the innovations and develop the supplier technologies for the launch for the BMW Hybrid 1, 3 and 5 series vehicles, progressing to lead technologies for the introduction of the BMW "Pure Electric" BEV vehicles I3 and I8, including the 'Range Extender' I3(REX) product lines.

Mentored by globally renowned business icons like, Jac Nasser (President of Ford Motor Company), Oliver Zipse (Chairman of BMW Group), and many other icons and experts, with humble gratitude. He attained a solid capability in business performance leadership, Technology and Management Excellence, overseeing the business operations for most of the largest corporate suppliers, manufacturers and businesses globally.
